Michael D. Leess
Associate Attorney Michael Leess concentrates his practice on residential and commercial real estate, business development and advocacy, automotive dealership acquisitions and sales, general civil litigation, and estate planning and resolution.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2016, Mike completed clerkships with then-Monroe County Court Judge Vincent Dinolfo, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York, and the Monroe County Law Department.
While a law student at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Mike was the Executive Editor of the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality, a teaching assistant to the legal research and writing faculty, and a volunteer with the Community Legal Clinic, a university-affiliated organization which provides pro bono legal services to underserved communities in the University area.
Mike served on the board of directors of the Pittsford Chamber of Commerce from 2016 to 2020, working to promote business interests in his hometown. Mike’s hobbies include golfing, cooking, and rec-league sports.
